NDIS Travel & Transport Assistance

At Coastwide Disability Care (CDC) we promote and assist our participants with greater independence and connection with the community through travel and/or transport services & supports. CDC provides NDIS Travel assistance and disability transport assistance to participants, enabling them to access the community for educational, vocational, and recreational purposes.

Our carers are qualified and trained to provide a wide range of NDIS Transport assistance services in your community. Some of the activities we provide travel and transport for include, but are not limited to:

Medical Appointments
Social Events and Outings
Shopping Centre Visits
Exercise Classes/Gym
Hobbies and Interest Groups
