NDIS Travel & Transport Assistance

At Coastwide Disability Care (CDC) we promote and assist our participants with greater independence and connection with the community through travel and/or transport services & supports. CDC provides NDIS Travel/transport assistance and disability transport assistance to participants, enabling them to access the community for educational, vocational, and recreational purposes.

Our carers are qualified and trained to provide a wide range of NDIS Transport assistance services in your community. Some of the activities we provide travel and transport for include, but are not limited to:

Medical Appointments
Social Events and Outings
Shopping Centre Visits
Exercise Classes/Gym
Hobbies and Interest Groups
